Error in accessing the software download

There are several reasons you may have received this message.

1. You have not registered to NPR Labs to access the material (Click here to request an account)

2. You have registered, but not completed your profile---which includes your station, phone number and other qualifying information.(If you're not already logged in, Click here to login in with your email and password)
After you've logged in, click the 'Profile' link at the top right corner of the page to take you to your Profile page so you can enter your information.

3. You have registered, but are not authorized to download our software; only NPR and CPB qualified stations are eligible to download NPR Labs software.
